I am a professional translator since 2012. I grew up in France in a Spanish family, so I learned very early both languages. I studied law in France and Spain so I can translate to both languages. I am a sworn translator before the Tribunal Judiciaire of Perpignan and often perform translations and interpretations for this institution in the legal field (hearings, confrontations, reports, court decisions etc ..) I translate websites, contracts, business presentations, products descriptions, medical records etc ....

I am a transparent, goal-oriented, and perfectionist professional with a positive perspective. I enjoy remote work and carefully follow instructions and I find it easy to work for long periods including during the night and maintain my attention to detail. That comes, of course, from having a genuine interest in Languages and Translation since I was a child and constant curiosity in researching different topics. I provide translation, retroversion, proofreading, transcription, and captioning services in general and specialized domains with appropriate technical resources. Constantino Casasbuenas began his career as mechanical engineer, specialized in hydraulic energy. After working for several NGOs in Latin America, he has worked for OxfamNovib in Central America, with El Taller’s education programme in Tunis, director of Citizen Diplomacy and CEO of Nexus in Colombia. Since 1999 he worked with Oxfam GB, first as country director for Colombia and as policy adviser in the Economic Justice team based in Oxford until 2014. He has lead the Regional and National campaigns for the GROW team in Oxfam International, and in 2014 he was the Director of Intermon's national programme in Bolivia. He is currently based in Colombia as an independent consultant. Constantino is active in the field of agro-ecology with campesinos and indigenous peoples in Latin America and the Caribbean.
