I'm a linguist from the National University of Colombia. I'm interested in indigenous languages description and language revitalization. Translation and interpretation are two skills that i developed while getting my degree. Also, I study them constantly to improve. I plan to pursue a master's degree in linguistics and a PHd in theoretical linguistics. I have experience working in translation, interpretation and style correction for scientific research journals.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Certified Legal Translation, from the University of the Republic (Uruguay). I graduated in 2013. I have been working as a translator since 2011, both in-house and (mostly) freelance.

As an immigrant in the USA I have experienced first hand the challenges of language barriers, and my passion for languages and desire to help my community motivated me to learn more about language services. I'm a certified bilingual, I studied english lenguage for 2 years in the Venezuelan American institud of Zulia (CEVAZ) here in my country, also I worked there as english teacher for almost 4 years, after getting my certification in english lenguage I'm from Venezuela, recently graduated in electronic engineer, and currently finishing the CCNA 4 of Cisco academy I've experience doing a wide range of translation work, starting from legal and technical translation, as well as general translation mostly. I am a Spanish cabin crew with extensive experience interacting with foreign people of all over the world, as a native Spanish speaker I translate from English to Spanish. I have cooperated with a translation agency named Abroads Traducciones, translating different types of documents ( academics, legal...).
