I am a Sworn English-Spanish-English Translator and Interpreter, certified by the National University of Colombia. After graduating from a double B.A. in Philosophy and History, more than six years ago, I have worked permanently as an English-Spanish translator and interpreter in a wide range of areas: financial, legal, literary and medical. I make my best to provide my clients with accurate and timely translations, and to communicate with them as necessary in order to provide them with the results they are looking for.

I am a Colombian guy who is currently working in Russia, I have been here for more than 5 consecutive years. My native language is Spanish, I have learned English since my childhood and also because I do not live in Colombia, as a personal goal I decided to learn the Russian language, currently I have a good level in all three languages. I have translated ever since my college graduation. I translate in the combinations Spanish-English, and German-English. I specialized in translating contracts, novels, certificates, certifications, wills, deeds, court sentences. Furthermore, I have translated for mining and drug companies. I work on projects concerning to drug information, medical reports, drug test results, leasing of mines, information about minerals, among others. Furthermore, I have translated novels, and poetry books. I love what I do. Currently, I am learning Portuguese and French in order to be able to translate from those languages to English.

My name is Carolina, I am a Licensed English teacher from Los Andes University in Venezuela one of the best universities in my country. I was born and raised in Guatemala, where I attended an American school learning English as a Native rather than as a second language. I have spent the last 20+ years living in Mexico working as an interpreter and translator for American companies such as Jockey Intl. and Skyline Builders and then I worked with the Real Estate and Tourism Industry at the Riviera Maya for more than 5 years, where I wrote and translated web content, newsletters, rental and sales agreements, contracts and “fideicomisos”. For the last three years I have been translating books, scripts, stories and novels for renowned American, British and Canadian authors.
