I am a professional medical translator working remotely for about 50 hours a week with a productivity rate of over 3000 words/day. I work with scientific medical literature on a regular basis and I am familiar with English, Romanian, as well as Russian medical terminology.

I am a Romanian native speaker and have been working as a translator and proofreader for more than 10 years. I mostly translate contracts, legal documents, marketing, IT and fashion related content. I am also an expert in transcreation and localisation, making sure that ideas and words are translated naturally. I am prompt and always deliver on time, with an eye for detail.

I've entered the field of translation in 2016 after being involved in other activities after finishing my masters in Translation studies. So, it was somehow going back to my first love. Since that moment translating has become my main activity, working as a freelance translator with agencies and private clients ever since. In this globalized world, when connections are very important in every field, whether we talk about business, travel, private life or medical issue, I feel that translators are that bridge that allow people to get where they need or where they want. I own a Certificate in engineering translation from Russian to Romanian and from Romanian to Russian. But I had enlarged my knowledge domains. I am a detail-oriented and conscientious self-starter, able to accomplish the committed task. I have also the ability to communicate with people, and of course with my clients. I also translate engineering materials from English to Russian.

I have almost 20 years of experience in translating documents including 8 years living in an English environment.
