I'm a linguistics-enthusiast italian guy who completed his bachelor degree in translation at the University of Genoa, Italy. The languages I have studied are English and Russian, but I can also speak a little Spanish and a little Polish. I truly love experiencing and analyzing foreign cultures, reason why I have spent a considerable amount of time abroad considering my young age: I have lived in Russia for 1 month, in Poland for 5 months and in Australia for 15 months.

I started my career 21 years ago as in-house translator and PM at a translation agency based in Turin, Italy. After three years, I decided to take up the challenge and become a freelancer, in order to devote myself to those texts I was most interested in. My experience as PM gave me a deep insight into all aspects related to the translation process, thus I perfectly know and understand the needs and expectations of Project Managers whom I work with. I am able to work under pressure, and manage large volumes of work with no prejudice to quality. I am able to translate very technical texts, like instruction manuals for X-ray inspection systems, but also to use my creative side to produce translations of content marketing articles.

My name is Fanni, and I am currently studying International Business Economics at Corvinus University of Budapest. My native language is Hungarian, but besides that I speak English at an advanced level and I have an intermediate level Business Italian language certificate, moreover, I am preparing for an advanced level Business Italian language exam at the moment. I have translated theses, contracts, commercial texts and social media posts before, of which you can find some in my portfolio. I am an English to Italian translator

I am a full-time freelance translator with a BA in EN-IT translation obtained in 2001 from SSIT School of Milan. I have worked as in-house translator in the architect studio Eliotopia (Milan) for about a year, until I started to focus on my freelance carreer. It still remained one of my main clients throughout the years. I grew up in my family business, an international female, male and children's apparel store, making of fashion one of my specialty fields. After travelling from Ireland to Australia, I have settled in the pitoresque city of Cremona, cradle of ancient traditions and Stradivari violins.
