I am a English & German native speaker with a great passion for language. Since 2014 I have been working as English to German freelance translator. In addition to that I have also gained valuable in-house experience by working at established and well-known translation agencies occupying roles as translation checker and proof-reader as well as project manager and translator.

Bilingual Italian-German, I was defined a walking cat-tool by many colleagues. I speak English, German,Spanish, Portuguese,Dutch and of course Italian fluently, plus Arabic and French. I began working as a freelance translator during my master studies at the University of Vienna in 2013. During this period I mostly did subtitling jobs for the Austrian Film Museum in Vienna. After my graduation in January 2015 I began to work with several translation agencies, specialising in tourism, arts and culture, legal texts, website translation, marketing and cosmetics.

I love translating legal documents (e.g. contracts, certificates, notarial certificates, licenses, patents, apostilles, legalizations) and other documents such as books, emails, academic transcripts, websites, and user guides.

I translate between English German and Greek and also work as a writer, content writer and creative writer.

In addition, I worked as a teacher of French, English and German for about 13 years, preparing students for their A-Levels. I hold an M.A. in English, French and Literature and completed my studies at the University of Osnabrück in December 2011. During my studies, I spent two academic years abroad, namely in Angers (France) and in Montréal (Québec, Canada) and have been to the US a number of times over the years as well.
