I am a very happy, optimistic and outgoing person. I have a lovely family and with my parents I moved to Spain when I was 11 years young. I returned to Germany in two occasions to finish my baccalaureate and to gain work experience, but my initial schooling years were in Spain. I love nature and animals, at home we have dogs and cats. My working life has been mostly in the financial world with over 15 years experience, having achieved also directing my own branch and team of 5. I left the banking industry to dedicate myself to my passion, languages and am loving it! In addition to this I do networking events for different companies and give their presentations and speeches, to help in their international developments. I discovered my love for languages in young years, always wanted to know what other are saying. I am a native German and soon learned English, Spanish and French. As I lived in Spain since I am 11 years old, I consider my Spanish level as bilingual.

Working internationally for 7 years has provided me with a well rounded and complex understanding of the English language and its multiple dialects. I have gained extensive experience in the tourism and service sector which means translation plays a key role in all my work.

Starting as interpreter and translator during the balkan war, while studying German language in Zagreb, I moved 1995 to Austria, where I live ever since. I am Croatian and German native with profund knowledge of English language. In the meanwhile I was working in big international companies like European Telecom International, a company of Telefonica, and DHL. Since 2012 I am self-employed and work as translator and writer.

I am a former journalist and marketing content writer from Austria, native in German and near-native in English and Swedish. I have 9 years’ experience in translating, writing, editing, and product reviewing. My specializations are IT and engineering as well as marketing and financial content. I'm on the chief editorial board of a magazine published both in German and English. I've been working as a Pro-Level translator on Gengo for about 3 years with about 400,000 words translated at this point. I've been working for EasyTranslate on larger projects around 75.000 words.

I am a German and French qualified lawyer who has worked for over 20 years as a legal consultant and attorney in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) and other jurisdictions. Last year, I relocated to Normandy / France and took a one-year sabbatical. Since January 2022, I have started a language service company and offer legal and book translation services and German and English business language courses. I translate from English or French to German and French or German to English. To maintain the highest quality standards, I currently do not offer translation to French or any other language.
