I was insisting that she should translate in my spreadsheet, because we have additional instructions there and she insisted that she can translate correctly if she gets the text that should be translated only. The result is a catastrophy. Even if I ignore the fact that she didn't have the instructions and if I look at what she translated from what was there, approximately 80% is wrong. She is very inconsistent (she had to translate nouns, she sometimes used the article, sometimes she didn't), then she had to translate verbs, she translated them as nouns, then she wasn't translating some important words which are important for the meaning, some translations from russian were just wrong. I know we're very demanding and maybe the problem is that I know French and Russian quite good so I was able to see all the mistakes. Maybe she didn't understand what she should do, although how can someone translate a verb at least 5 times as noun (and there were only 50 words in total)
