I also have some experience in translating from English into German. To expand my skills and knowledge, I lived in France, Germany, Poland and Spain for a total of approximately 7 years. Moreover, I am also an excellent communicator (spoken and written) and administrator, and work confidently, sociably and politely in teams and on my own initiative, while multitasking and keeping to schedules. Furthermore, I am very motivated, thorough, literate, numerate, diligent, organised and conscientious, have a good eye for detail and have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel and Word).

I am a languages student from Northern Ireland, studying Spanish and Portuguese. I may not be fully qualified, but I am now looking to fill my time with more translation due to the fact that I had to return home during my Erasmus year due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I still am continuing with my classes from my host university (Porto, in Portugal) and am currently studying a translation module so I am familiar with CAT software and the proper protocol for translation.
