Apart from translation proper, I offer professional localization, on-brand translation, and transcreation services. - I am the Russian/Ukrainian to English legal / oil & gas translator of choice at three dozen translation agencies and law firms on both sides of the Atlantic. - I have an impressive collection of Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakh, and Uzbek laws, codes of practice, and standards in English, translated by yours truly and/or my team members over two decades. The quality standard is much higher than that of “official” translations available on government websites. - I routinely translate over 200,000 words on a monthly basis (sustainable word count for legal material). I taught English as a Foreign Language in St. Petersburg, Russia from 2006 to 2018. In my time there I translated Russian-English and edited a variety of texts including song lyrics, how to guides, business presentations, resumes, guided tours, website content and press blurbs.

I've been born to German-speaking Austrian parents but was raised in English-speaking Canada. Due to this fact and to the fact that I competed my Master's in Austria, I am fluent in both languages and am fond of translating from German into English. Since 2000, when I started my translator's career, I've managed to translate millions of words in a great range of fields, from fiction to medicine.
