I am a Colombian guy who is currently working in Russia, I have been here for more than 5 consecutive years. My native language is Spanish, I have learned English since my childhood and also because I do not live in Colombia, as a personal goal I decided to learn the Russian language, currently I have a good level in all three languages. I provide translation, retroversion, proofreading, transcription, and captioning services in general and specialized domains with appropriate technical resources. I would also like to add that I can handle deadlines just fine.

I've been working as a translator and interpreter for more than 25 years and I've acquired a lot of experience in various fields such as legal, engineering, information technology, power plants, oil&gas, etc. However, I'm far from resting on my laurels since I understand very well that the languages are dynamic and the world is constantly changing, so I'm in the constant pursuit of new skills and knowledge that'd help me to stay up-to-date and do my job in the most efficient and precise manner.

I am a freelance translator. I majored in communications at the Universidad Iberoamericana (Ibero); I also have a diploma in Academic Abilities by the ITESO and a master's degree in Humanities (Art, History, Philosophy, Literature) issued by the Tec de Monterrey/Cambridge University. I have been head of the career of Communication Sciences at the Institute of Sciences and Higher Studies of Tamaulipas. I have taught literature, short film, and film appreciation workshops; some of them were taught in Spanish some other in English. Also, I am a published author with over 15 years of experience writing short stories. I am a native speaker of both languages. I was born in the UK to Mexican parents, which means I have a full mastery of both languages. My work has revolved around translating financial reports for different companies all around the globe. Clients have especially reached out for me when needing to have contracts and agreement translated into accurate Spanish and English.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Certified Legal Translation, from the University of the Republic (Uruguay). I graduated in 2013. I have been working as a translator since 2011, both in-house and (mostly) freelance.

Native Spanish speaker, born in Colombia Wide experience in general translations, I perform human translations and proofread them with the help of online dictionaries and some existing resources we have available in modern language services industry, in order to maintain the flow, meaning, quality and accuracy of the original text.
