I worked in the past on projects about manuals, packaging, tutorials, programming languages help files, and more. Studying programming sciences and my interest in the field provided me with tools and knowledge to deal with any file format. I've been translating since 1998 about several subjects. I worked translating adoptions documents for about five years. Now I translate medical information for some medications, legal documents, birth certifications, marriage certificates, and several other documents, as needed.

I have 31 years of experience teaching and tutoring all levels of Spanish. With a Master's Degree in the Spanish Language and Literature from Middlebury College, VT, I consider myself to be a grammar expert, in addition to being fluent in the language. I had study abroad experiences in Mexico prior to living in Madrid during graduate school. In 2010 I spent the Winter-Spring semester traveling throughout Argentina and homeschooling my then 3rd grade son and 7th grade daughter. I am highly proficient in Italian - primarily self-taught - but have also studied at the Lorenzo de Medici and Centro Firenze language schools in Florence over the last 14 years.
