Learning new things has always been an exciting experience, so I got interested in law and human rights, medicine, technologies, and art. For when I go deep into any of the above-mentioned subject, I am mesmerized by the beauty of human thought, this unbelievable power to discover cures for lethal diseases and change the history, fight for justice and equality, make the difference and make this world a better place for us all. I have been working as a freelance translator and interpreter for over 20 years now.

I am a freelance translator (looking for single projects or temporary/permanent contracts) specializing mostly in medical devices, health care, computer/tabletop games, IT, telecom, QA and risk analysis. I'm a versatile person so there are lots of other things I'm interested in. I work in Trados, SmartCat, Phrase, MemoQ, Wordfast, Xtm cloud, OmegaT, Passolo, Xbench, Aegisub and Subtitle Edit, and I can master any other tool as well. In addition to translation, I can create and manage termbases and translation memories, localize software, perform localisation testing, create and translate subtitles, teach people how to use CAT, and help to solve technical issues of CAT. I had about 10 years of experience as a tech support specialist and a tester/QA, so I'm good at many of IT topics. I had an experience of writing and translating manuals and other texts, and testing software localization. I have a high level of literacy and a good sense of style in Russian.

I am a Lomonosov Moscow State University graduate in English, French, German and Spanish languages. During the course of my studies at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Area Studies I acquired a solid base in linguistics. Now I am studying at the Bauman Moscow State Technical University to get a second bachelor's degree in Biomedical appliances, which makes medicine and medical devices the area of special interest for me. I have extensive experience in technical (user manuals, technical guides, specification sheets, patents, software documentation, etc.), medical (clinical studies, articles, medical equipment manuals, clinical research, etc.) and legal (contracts, certificates, apostilles) translation as well as in marketing and website localization.

Working freelance providing a translation and interpretation service to companies and individuals. My current activity is closely related to documents legalization, notarial certification, various marketing activities of companies, and accreditation of foreign companies in Russia including registration of representations in Moscow. Over the years of my professional activity, I have acquired invaluable experience in work with large volumes of documents and texts, as well as jeweler working with complex tasks and documents in Russian, English and German languages.
