I've been working as a translator and interpreter for more than 25 years and I've acquired a lot of experience in various fields such as legal, engineering, information technology, power plants, oil&gas, etc. However, I'm far from resting on my laurels since I understand very well that the languages are dynamic and the world is constantly changing, so I'm in the constant pursuit of new skills and knowledge that'd help me to stay up-to-date and do my job in the most efficient and precise manner.

I am a freelance translator and electromechanical engineer with electrical engineering degree. Although I am native in English, I consider Russian to be my native language as well, since I am fluent in both of them. I've been doing translations from/to English since 2006. For 1 year I've translated market reviews and news in a mass media agency. Later on I've worked at the seaport for 4 years, where I was involved in the project of a container terminal. During this period I got an experience in translation of technical texts (specifications), contracts, correspondence. Apart of that, I've also an experience of working in a hotel business.
