Within 23 years’ career in Caterpillar I had held many different positions in engineering, product support, sales, marketing and management. In the beginning of services as a technical rep of Engine Division, I was actively engaged in the translation of advertising, marketing and technical literature on diesel and gas generator sets, power trains for oil and gas industry, commercial engines. Later on was always involved in the practice of interpreting during negotiations with customers at various conferences, trainings and other events. Consistently attracted to translate complicated technical literature, such as Diagnostics & Troubleshooting, Disassembly & Assembly, Service training materials.

Except of my university education was 80% in English and I learned the basics of the translation in the directions of the international relations, politics, economics, finance, business communication, tourism and art, I have a significant experience with English as a Second Language and here is the list of some projects I was and being involved in as a translator at the moment: - Software Localization for users (textile sector, 54k words); - Translation of the business-related internal communications, various announcements for personnel and administrative media materials for the international tobacco factory (8 years); - Translation and editing of marketing materials for the international glass producer as well as localization of the e-learning course for personnel (totally 50k words): - News and Media translation for global energy company. I am currently a 2nd year RANEPA University student. I know terminology of business english and at the time I study english in law sphere. My part time job is interpreter. As free time is still taking the most part of my day schedule, it would be interesting for me to accomplish additional tasks for a reward.
