I am a professional translator and interpreter in the following language pairs: English - Chinese; Chinese - Russian and English - Russian. I have been working in this field for almost 22 years, i.e. as an in-house translator in such a distinguished company as HUAWEI Technologies and some others and also as a freelancer. I am familiar to main business processes including management, ISO certification, investment and start-up projects management from the stage of scope study and pre-feasibility study to the stage of Due Diligence and project delivery; procurement and supply chain activities; HR management; marketing and sales - all because I also have got an experience of working as an HR manager, SCD manager, the Head of commercial department and Assistant to CEO. That's why I am able to provide high quality of my translation both in linguistic and professional accuracy.

I am from Uzbek roots citizen of Tajikistan and living last 7 years in Turkey. I have studied Russian, which is second official language of Tajikistan during primary, secondary and high school. My translation career encompasses diverse areas, from movie industry (translating for Hollywood film stars (Jon Voight, Sammi Davis) to translating for roughnecks on drilling rigs in Siberia. This hands-on experience in various occupations, combined with technical background in survey & mapping, allows me to produce accurate, precise translations of even the most complicated texts. I have been working as a freelance translator since 2006, with more than 6 million words translated to date. I first started my translation career in mid 1980-ies with a few odd translation / interpretation jobs of a few months each. I then went on to work as a staff translator for the first Soviet-US JV White Nights in 1990 and continued to pursue this career with several other JVs and US companies until 2006, when I became a full-time freelance translator. Besides working as a translator during that period, I also held several other positions in procurement, logistics and administration at these companies, which subsequently proved to be a valuable source of knowledge for my work as an independent translator after 2006.
