I have been lucky enough to travel across the world from a very young age, and this has given me the opportunity to gain exposure in various fields of work with skillful professionals. I am an MD currently working as a Human Physiology lecturer for English-speaking students in Russia. I've also finished a 2-year residency and a 3-year fellowship in Oncology. In the latter I've been participating in fundamental research studies (and working with literature databases a lot). My experience in translation specifically is slighly more than 1 year, but I am willing to further develop my skill in this area. I feel familiar enough with biostatistics and able to correctly translate specific terms. I am very interested in keeping the deadlines and providing a great quality of my work, and always open for new offers.

Translations

I am a freelance translator (looking for single projects or temporary/permanent contracts) specializing mostly in medical devices, health care, computer/tabletop games, IT, telecom, QA and risk analysis. I'm a versatile person so there are lots of other things I'm interested in. I work in Trados, SmartCat, Phrase, MemoQ, Wordfast, Xtm cloud, OmegaT, Passolo, Xbench, Aegisub and Subtitle Edit, and I can master any other tool as well. In addition to translation, I can create and manage termbases and translation memories, localize software, perform localisation testing, create and translate subtitles, teach people how to use CAT, and help to solve technical issues of CAT. I had about 10 years of experience as a tech support specialist and a tester/QA, so I'm good at many of IT topics. I had an experience of writing and translating manuals and other texts, and testing software localization. I have a high level of literacy and a good sense of style in Russian.

I have a big experience of translating, analysis, reviewing of medical articles, especially in the field of otorhinolaryngology. I am author and co-author of more than 10 publications in Russian and foreign journals. During some years I have been participating in the edition of Russian Rhinology journal, namely I've been overseeing the translation of English abstracts in Russian. I have lived in France for some years in my childhood, and after that I continued to learn French, so I speak French fluently. Now I am tutor in French for children and adults.

I have finished MA studies in Philology and Translation, currently I work in translation office in Warsaw. My native languages are Ukrainian and Russian, I am also fluent in English and Polish. I live in Poland for 5 years already.

I am a freelance translator and electromechanical engineer with electrical engineering degree. Although I am native in English, I consider Russian to be my native language as well, since I am fluent in both of them. I can translate any kinds of documents, whether they are technical, legal, or medical/pharmaceutical. I also a big fan of playing online games, so I would be a good resource to localize video games or websites of any kind.

Native Russian speaker. Wide experience in General and Marketing translations and many other fields, I use CAT software and perform 100% human translations, my translations are proofread in order to keep the flow, sense and meaning of the original text. I've been translating professionally since the end of 2015, and as a hobby for more than a decade. I can deliver around 1500+ words per day (200+ words per hour).
