Hello! My name is Daniel and I have a bachelor's degree in translation from English to Brazilian Portuguese and an Associate's Degree in IT Management. I also worked with I.T since 2008. Having worked in several different industries in the past 10 years, acquiring knowledge of several areas of technical expertise, including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, CNC programming, and general maintenance work in several countries, I now invest the knowledge I gained into translation. Over the years, as I have developed my working competence in English, I have found myself in the role of translator within companies where I was called upon to translate documents, files and even entire computer programs. My experience in the various industries in which I have worked, in both English and Portuguese, provide me with the knowledge I need to carry out technical translations to a high degree of accuracy, ensuring the quality and precision is as high as possible.

I taught English for 25 years. After retiring from school I started working with translations, editing and proofreading.

I have a bachelor in Electrical Engineering with a major in Electronic systems from the Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. During this time I was an exchange student at the University of Melbourne in Australia for one year. I have also started my Master's in Data Analytics at the Universität Hildesheim in Germany.

I've started translating IT content. As a freelancer, I work mainly with IT, Games, Literature and Medical content.

Actually more of a hobbyist translator. As a hobby, I've translated over 1.000 pages of roleplaying games and videogames material. Maybe someone will want a passionate translator for their projects?
