Having worked in several different industries in the past 10 years, acquiring knowledge of several areas of technical expertise, including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, CNC programming, and general maintenance work in several countries, I now invest the knowledge I gained into translation. Over the years, as I have developed my working competence in English, I have found myself in the role of translator within companies where I was called upon to translate documents, files and even entire computer programs. My experience in the various industries in which I have worked, in both English and Portuguese, provide me with the knowledge I need to carry out technical translations to a high degree of accuracy, ensuring the quality and precision is as high as possible.

I've been working as a freelance translator since 2018 and have experience working with direct clients and for agencies. I've translated and proofread texts from the technical, game localization, marketing, IT, medical, law and engineering fields.

Since I was a kid, I was always passionate about other languages and cultures and deep down I always knew translation was the path to pursue, except for that time when I thought I could be an astronaut. I have a degree in translation and I already have a lot of experience in the area of translation and interpreting and I am always seeking new opportunities to expand my wisdom and experience. I currently work as an in-house translator and as a freelancer translator. I am a very motivated translator, I work fast but I always seek for perfection. Bachelor of Communication, with specialization in Advertising and Marketing International student of English.
