I am a native Brazilian. My knowledge in English is based on 5 years of study in the Cultural Center for Language Studies and 4 years working as a freelancer on several outsourcing platforms.

9 years of experience with translation, proofreading, and editing from English into Brazilian and European Portuguese. I started at Demand Media Studios and WikiHow back in 2013 translating do-it-yourself and general knowledge articles. Then, I moved to Upwork and Elance to try and build partnerships with some direct clients. 534 tracked hours on Upwork and 390 contracts since 2014. 549,371 words translated on Gengo, with more than 1,287 tracked hours. 7,780 words on MotaWord since 2015. I love translating legal documents (e.g. contracts, certificates, notarial certificates, licenses, patents, apostilles, legalizations) and other documents such as books, emails, academic transcripts, websites, and user guides.

I study ancient greek and latin at the university, I can speak portughese, english and italian as well.

Grew up in England to Brazilian parents in a bilingual home, is a highly experienced interpreter with over 400 days in the booth, and has interpreted at the highest levels for fortune 500 CEOs, governors, mayors, and Royalty. 95% of my work is simultaneous interpreting and of that 90% highly technical.
