I am a transparent, goal-oriented, and perfectionist professional with a positive perspective. I enjoy remote work and carefully follow instructions and I find it easy to work for long periods including during the night and maintain my attention to detail. That comes, of course, from having a genuine interest in Languages and Translation since I was a child and constant curiosity in researching different topics. First, I would like to introduce myself very briefly. I am a 42-year old native Portuguese speaker, who grew, studied and, nowadays, works in Portugal (in the city with the famous hovering umbrella installation, by the way). I am a trained translator with a diploma in English and Portuguese languages and translation post-graduate studies. Before finishing university I decided to interrupt studies to work as an expatriate translator/interpreter in a construction project with a Portuguese company in Barbados. I have completed university after returning and never stopped doing what I really like: communicate between languages.
