I am a translation student who has been working with translation since 2018. I have translated all kinds of texts of texts, from poetry to academic essays and articles. Since I am at university exclusively studying translation, I have a vast theoretical background combined with translation practice since it is part of the course curriculum. I have been part of a scientific initiation project for undergraduates and received an honorable mention for it.

Grew up in England to Brazilian parents in a bilingual home, is a highly experienced interpreter with over 400 days in the booth, and has interpreted at the highest levels for fortune 500 CEOs, governors, mayors, and Royalty. 95% of my work is simultaneous interpreting and of that 90% highly technical. Is also experienced in RSI platforms. I´m looking to leverage my written translation work and gain more experience in this field. Also a lawyer, gamer, and all-around generalist.

I am a transparent, goal-oriented, and perfectionist professional with a positive perspective. I enjoy remote work and carefully follow instructions and I find it easy to work for long periods including during the night and maintain my attention to detail. That comes, of course, from having a genuine interest in Languages and Translation since I was a child and constant curiosity in researching different topics. I provide translation, retroversion, proofreading, transcription, and captioning services in general and specialized domains with appropriate technical resources. I'm a post-graduation professor and former IBM consultant, Brazilian, living in the metropolitan area of São Paulo.
