I am a research doctor in Slavic studies and Ural-Altaic philology. Member of AIS (Italian Slavists Association). Native languages: Italian and Russian. I've been working as a freelance translator since 2004, therefore I can deem myself quite skilled in such a field. Being a highly responsible and qualified linguist, I firmly believe that any translated text has to flow and fit the culture of the language as well as the target audience it is written and translated for. I finished University in 1999 and since then I have always worked in the translation field. I have good work relationships with some major global translation companies and I am used to working with a variety of offline and online CAT tools. I also cooperate with a local web agency in charge of translating and localizing websites.
