Over the past years, I have also translated a couple of books (novels) for both well-known international authors and emerging writers. I was born in Switzerland and at the age of 3 we moved to Slovakia, so I'm proficient in German and Slovak. My working life has been mostly in the financial world with over 15 years experience, having achieved also directing my own branch and team of 5. I left the banking industry to dedicate myself to my passion, languages and am loving it! I started to translate from time to time in 2018, although I have a business and legal background, I've been always busy with languages and translating beside my job as a tax adviser, later on I managed a German-Taiwanese shipping company, all in English of course.
