I’m a freelance translator specialized in English to French translation. Since 2018, I've translated over 2 million words, mostly in the areas of Legal, Marketing, Pharmaceutical and Technical, using SDL Trados Studio 2019, MemoQ and Memsource. I take my work seriously. I am an English-Haitian Creole translator with about 6 years of experience in this field. I have an Excellent knowledge of the English language while being a native Haitian Creole speaker and living in Haiti. I do both medical and general translations. I have worked on religious and educational project such as translation of books for kids, books that are used to teach Haitian Creole. To me every job is a challenge, and I give myself entirely for each of them. I am responsible, creative and I respect my deadlines. I can also be very fast if the amount is motivating. I have been working in companies in Hamburg for the past two years as a student assistant. In the last two jobs I had (one at a statistics company and another at an international cooperation NGO) I have been tasked regularly to translate documents from French to English and from English to French. I am a professional translator since 2012. I grew up in France in a Spanish family, so I learned very early both languages. I studied law in France and Spain so I can translate to both languages. I am a sworn translator before the Tribunal Judiciaire of Perpignan and often perform translations and interpretations for this institution in the legal field (hearings, confrontations, reports, court decisions etc ..) I translate websites, contracts, business presentations, products descriptions, medical records etc ....
