I'm a professional translator, Writer and Marketing Manager. I'm a Graduated LAW - International Business and Accounting student. My Skills are : - Translation services (English and French) _______________ I've been doing daily translation projects before knowing smartcat website. I started my translation work online officially in 2013. I've translated thousands of documents, contracts, policies, researches, theses, websites, blogs, Android and iOS apps, Wordpress themes, Campaigns, Banners, Ads, brochure, customer's e-mails, Fundraising e-mails to UNITED NATIONS for my customers...etc. I've done a lot that I can't even remember! I guarantee always quality to my customers.

I'm working daily as a translator for famous companies like Dealextreme (International E-commerce), Naipo Care (Big Amazon store for healthcare), Wondershare (Translating the Filmora software, tutorials and parental controle apps). I'm also responsible of French markets for DX and other clients.

During the past six years, I have gathered extensive experience in translation from English, German, Portuguese, and Spanish into French. I worked with a wide range of topics and media such as press articles, videos, or technical reports about international trade, environmental sciences, energy, economics, politics, and arts. I also have experience with editing and proofreading.

I've entered the field of translation in 2016 after being involved in other activities after finishing my masters in Translation studies. So, it was somehow going back to my first love. Since that moment translating has become my main activity, working as a freelance translator with agencies and private clients ever since. In this globalized world, when connections are very important in every field, whether we talk about business, travel, private life or medical issue, I feel that translators are that bridge that allow people to get where they need or where they want. The diversity of documents and fields that I have the opportunity to work with as a translator make me appreciate the challenges and enrich my knowledge.

I am a transparent, goal-oriented, and perfectionist professional with a positive perspective. I enjoy remote work and carefully follow instructions and I find it easy to work for long periods including during the night and maintain my attention to detail. That comes, of course, from having a genuine interest in Languages and Translation since I was a child and constant curiosity in researching different topics. I provide translation, retroversion, proofreading, transcription, and captioning services in general and specialized domains with appropriate technical resources. I would also like to add that I can handle deadlines just fine.

I have been working in companies in Hamburg for the past two years as a student assistant. In the last two jobs I had (one at a statistics company and another at an international cooperation NGO) I have been tasked regularly to translate documents from French to English and from English to French. Additionally, I grew up in the bilingual city of Montréal where these two languages are used interchangeably. I did all my elementary and secondary education in French and all my university (first and second cycles) in English.

Amateur translator but also interpreter. This gives me a certain ease in writing; if only to detect and render the nuances of each language. Rigour and reactivity, curiosity, culture, I am also moved when I read. I react first of all to the form, to the language that I judge cold, neutral or neat. Wooden language, technical language or passionate language: I take it into account and try to reproduce it as best I can.

I'm French and I've worked and studied in Spain, New Zealand and Canada. I'm currently living in Prague where I work as an IT test lead. I do translations as a side job and as a volunteer, especially for the Rosetta Fondation.

I was raised Trilingual in Haiti speaking French, Haitian Creole and English (Level C2). Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese (Level C1) for I have been living and studying in Brazil since 2017. I speak Intermediate Spanish (Level B2). Part time freelance translator since 2016 and have done work related interpretation on a daily basis since 2014.
