I've entered the field of translation in 2016 after being involved in other activities after finishing my masters in Translation studies. So, it was somehow going back to my first love. Since that moment translating has become my main activity, working as a freelance translator with agencies and private clients ever since. In this globalized world, when connections are very important in every field, whether we talk about business, travel, private life or medical issue, I feel that translators are that bridge that allow people to get where they need or where they want. I am currently enrolled in a Multilingual Master in Psycho- and Neurolinguistics at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). I studied French, Latin and English language and literature at the University of Leuven (KU Leuven). I also have studied medicine at the University of Liège (ULiège).

I'm a professional French native translator/proofreader for more than 5 years and I do have a great multitasking experience from different projects that I handled in the past years from a freelancer to a local professional. I do manage fluently English and Spanish and I can handle projects from any of these language combinations.

I am an English-Haitian Creole translator with about 6 years of experience in this field. I have an Excellent knowledge of the English language while being a native Haitian Creole speaker and living in Haiti. I do both medical and general translations. I have worked on religious and educational project such as translation of books for kids, books that are used to teach Haitian Creole. I have been working in companies in Hamburg for the past two years as a student assistant. In the last two jobs I had (one at a statistics company and another at an international cooperation NGO) I have been tasked regularly to translate documents from French to English and from English to French. Additionally, I grew up in the bilingual city of Montréal where these two languages are used interchangeably. I did all my elementary and secondary education in French and all my university (first and second cycles) in English.
