I Since I entered Okan University with OSYM degree, I studied with Board of Trustees scholarship, received two scholarships from Beijing Language and Culture University, and studied at Beijing Language and Culture University; one language course and two school semesters. While studying Chinese Translation and Interpreting at Okan University, I also completed my double major in Business Administration. Since I was a student, I have been working as a translator for various companies (TV channels such as CTV, various freelance translations such as device and machine translations). I am a lecturer at Okan University and in charge of the International Chinese Exam Center. In addition to these, I also work as an expert interpreter between English, Turkish and Chinese in Istanbul Courthouse.

My undergraduate and graduate majors are related to Chinese so my Chinese skills are pretty good, besides, I am a native Turkish speaker so I believe, I have enough language ability to be a translator or do other kinds of jobs that are related to using languages.
As a patent translator, I have been working exclusively on patents since 2008. I have translated more than 1500 patent documents (10 million words) on a wide variety of subjects.
As an environmental engineer, I am familiar with technical terminology. Environmental engineering is related to a broad range of fields, including chemistry, biology, civil engineering, and life sciences.
As a language enthusiast, I enjoy working with languages. In addition to translating English, Chinese and Turkish, I am casually learning Korean and Japanese.
