研究中大型企业的结果尤为显著——当供应链透明且客户能直接接触译员时,质量、透明度和周转时间均表现优异:
直接与译员协作时,82%的受访者认为质量为"非常好"或"优秀",而未直接协作的群体中仅34%持此评价。
在透明度方面,91%的受访者认为直接与译员协作的透明度"非常好"或"极佳",而未直接协作的群体中该比例仅为65%。
从周转时间角度看,55%的受访者认为直接与译员协作效率较高,而未直接互动的群体中该比例仅为13%。
Smartcat还要求受访者对AI翻译的使用体验进行评分——55%的受访者表示其体验为良好、非常好或优秀。
研究显示,2023年59%的翻译量将实现增长,41%的企业计划明年将支持语言种类翻倍。在此背景下,能够直接对接译员的高效系统将比以往任何时候都更为重要。
